I'm the floor manager here, and I'm proud of it. I've built a solid reputation leading this team. I’m a Sales Specialist, with four years under my belt, originally from Westchester County, New York. You might catch me reminiscing about my days at Our Lady of Lourdes High School. Coffee? That’s my thing. Seriously. I can talk shop all day about beans, roasting, and brewing. I can even help you up your coffee game. I've worked some amazing opportunities to travel, I’ve seen most of the East Coast, Mexico, and some of California. Europe is on the horizon. I can even hold my own in a busy kitchen. I'm all about the product we sell, and even more so about the team we've built here. This is the most positive sales environment I've ever been a part of. I think my customers like me, but hey, if I didn't think that, I probably shouldn't be doing this! Working at North Bay Hyundai is the best job I have ever had. Outside of work, I'm into exploring craft beer, PC gaming, and fast cars. I prioritize a positive team environment, and I’m passionate about sales. My main focus is being the best at my job. People would say I’m funny, and I enjoy talking movies and TV shows.

Jeff was very helpful in securing a trade-in price for our used car and the financing cost offered by Hyundai Corp while we waited for the particular Ionic 5 SEL to arrive, which took a a few weeks before we committed. Jeff kept us informed on the progress of when the next batch of cars would arrive and kept to the price we had originally agreed upon before actually committing to the loan package.
