I have spent the last year as a sales consultant at North Bay Hyundai, where I prioritize being transparent, truthful, and straightforward with everyone I meet. Growing up in Rohnert Park and graduating from Rancho Cotati High School, I value the connections I make within this community. Outside of work, I am an avid fan of the Golden State Warriors and enjoy traveling to places like Vegas, Arizona, and Mexico. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to better serve our diverse customer base. My focus is simple: helping you find the right vehicle that fits your specific needs. I pride myself on being someone you can rely on, not just during the sale, but for any questions or concerns that come up afterward. I believe in being there for my customers through and through, and I’m always happy to help with a smile.

Great! Very knowledgeable about the car. It was our first electric car and he took the time to explain the features. There was no pressure when buying and Mario helped follow up with other departments through out the process.

I could not be happier with my experience at North Bay Hyundai. Mario, my sales representative, was wonderful. He was very personable and professional with a wealth of patience. This was my first EV and I really didn’t know much about it. Mario took his time and went over the vehicle thoroughly and had no problem repeating and reviewing nonstop. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I have already utilized Mario’s offer of continued tutorials via email, phone, and in person and plan to do so in the future as well.
