Excellent. North Bay Hyundai is a long drive from my home, but based on exchanged texts and phone conversations, I felt Viktor was straight with me about the 2024 Ioniq5 to justify that drive.

Victor went out of his way to help me acquire a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Ioniq 5 that met my specifications. He stayed in touch throughout the process. Organized the paperwork and fielded lots of questions I had for the mechanics and dealership management. Finally, he delivered the car to me in person, over 40 miles away!
